After calls: Detailed notes (problems/solutions/impression), recording, thank-you + recap, CRM updates.

3) Director of Global Relations (DGR)

Purpose: Own international relations strategy; major partnerships; global brand trust.

4) VP of Partnerships

Purpose: Architect global alliances (SaaS/AI/CRM/WhatsApp/Meta/Google/LinkedIn); open markets through partners.

5) Lead Generator (B2B/B2C)

Purpose: Build a clean, segmented pipeline with accurate data.
Work: Prospect (Apollo/LinkedIn Navigator/Crunchbase), maintain CRM, scoring, classy LinkedIn/Email outreach, tight feedback loop with CRS & Marketing.
Tools: Apollo • LinkedIn Navigator • Crunchbase • HubSpot/Airtable.

6) Designer & Video Editor

Purpose: Turn messages into world-class visuals and motion.
Work: Visual identity, presentations, product & success videos, shorts/reels, ads/infographics, internal kits.
Stack: Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut Pro, Midjourney/SD.
KPIs: Output volume • Internal CSAT • Engagement • On-time delivery • Brand consistency.

7) Media Buyer (Meta/Google/LinkedIn/TikTok)

Purpose: High-ROI paid growth; qualified pipeline.
Work: Campaign setup, budget allocation, A/B testing, performance reporting (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), handoff to Lead Gen/CRS.
Tools: BM, Google Ads, LinkedIn CM, GA, Data Studio, Hotjar.
KPIs: CPA/ROAS • Qualified leads • Meeting conversion.

8) Solutions / Implementation Specialist

Purpose: Deliver integrations & automations that stick (APIs/Webhooks/Zapier/Make), train customers, ensure smooth go-live.
Skills: REST, Postman, Webhooks, CRM integrations, great bilingual comms.

9) Product & AI Engineering (overview)

  • Senior AI Engineer (LLMs/Agents/RAG): Python, LangChain/LlamaIndex, Vector DBs, observability, latency/cost control.

  • Full-Stack Engineer (TS/Node/React): React/Next, Node/Nest, Postgres, Redis, CI/CD.

  • Product Manager (Automation/CRM): Problem discovery, KPIs, experiments, tight customer-engineering loop.
